Mobi-Trail (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Motswana owned and youth owned infrastructure, environmental, and technical services company, delivering compliant, safety-driven, and operationally efficient solutions to the mining, government, civil, and industrial sectors across Botswana and the region established in 2017.
The company operates as a diversified service provider with a core focus on occupational health and safety (OHS), environmental management, quality assurance, and statutory compliance. Mobi-Trail provides critical services including sanitation and wastewater management, industrial and commercial cleaning, engineered water systems and water filtration solutions, dam and water retaining structure works, spillage and contamination management, surface preparation and sandblasting, automated water backup systems, wash-bay operations, and integrated facility management services.
For high-risk, remote, and operationally sensitive environments, Mobi-Trail delivers drone based sanitation, environmental, and infrastructure inspections to enhance safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency. These services are conducted by professionally licensed and certified drone pilots, operating in accordance with applicable civil aviation regulations, site rules, and approved safety procedures. Drone technology is deployed to support environmental compliance monitoring, spillage detection, sanitation audits, dam and water infrastructure inspections, and hazardous or confined area assessments, significantly reducing personnel exposure to risk.
All services are executed under approved risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work systems, and client-specific SHEQ requirements, ensuring consistency, traceability, and full regulatory compliance. Her role includes managing manpower fatigue, monitoring employees on site, and ensuring strict enforcement of HSE rules, regulations, and standards.
